Dr. Claire (Carrow) Wiedner
DMD
Dr. Claire was born and raised in the Alton/Godfrey area. She attended Marquette Catholic High School. She graduated from the University of Missouri with a bachelor’s degree in biology and minor in Psychology. She attended Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine in Alton, graduating in 2015.
As a third-generation dentist, Dr. Claire followed in the footsteps of Dr. James Carrow and Dr. Chris Carrow. She started her career as a dental assistant, learning dentistry from the ground up. She combines techniques learned from her father, grandfather, and her professional training to treat her patients to the best of her abilities. Dr. Claire strives to keep up with the latest advancements in dentistry through continuing education. Her goal is to provide a comforting and inviting atmosphere where you are treated like family. She values overall health, while focusing on preventing and treating dental diseases.
In her free time, Dr. Claire can be found spending time with her husband and their daughter. They enjoy golfing, walking the trails and finding new local businesses and restaurants.
Dr. Dustin Simpson
Dr. Dustin Simpson maintains a patient-centered philosophy, which affirms that every patient deserves special and individualized care to meet their dental needs and goals. This patient-focused approach to oral wellness involves listening to each individual patient, responding with honesty and providing excellent dental care.
Dr. Simpson was born in Maryville, IL and raised in Collinsville, IL. He went to college at Webster University in St. Louis, MO where he obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. After graduating college, he attended Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine in Alton, IL. There Dr. Simpson earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree.
In addition to his degree, Dr. Simpson is a member of the American Dental Association and the Illinois State Dental Society. Outside of practicing dentistry, Dr. Simpson enjoys spending time with family and friends, being active in the community, and playing golf.

Dr. James Nativi
Dr. Nativi received his undergraduate degree from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville, and his Doctorate Degree from Washington University. Dr. Nativi is an active member of the American Dental Association, Illinois State Dental Society, Madison County Dental Society, Academy of Sports Dentistry, and a Fellow of the American College of Dentists. He also serves as a team Dentist for Southern Illinois University and works part time at Alton Mental Health Hospital.
